Joe Quirk studied acting at Hofstra University, but left before graduating to pursue a job making minimum wage. After succeeding in that endeavor, he began acting in community theatres around Philadelphia before actually venturing into the city, where he found a home and cheap beer with The Waitstaff. He also writes for the Delaware Shakespeare Festival and his favorite food is eel.
